- ➤ The Diocese of Venice in Florida and Fort Myers-based National Development of America broke ground on Casa San Juan Diego in Immokalee yesterday, launching work on 80 rental units for workers earning up to 60% median income; the project is expected to finish by early 2027. WGCU
- ➤ Ryan Companies began construction on the 350-unit Trailside at Dia Crossing multifamily community in Fort Myers on Tuesday along a 61-acre tract on US-41 at Alico Road + the project, purchased for over $20 million, will be move-in ready by the first quarter of 2027. ABC7
