- ➤ On Thursday morning, a third-party drilling crew struck a TECO gas line at the intersection of Swamp Cabbage Road and Colonial Boulevard, forcing the evacuation of 70 daycare students from Odyssey Daycare and closing several nearby roads—no injuries were reported as TECO crews and emergency responders worked to stop the gas leak.
