- ➤ Kevin Joseph Jaimes, 30, was sentenced Tuesday in Fort Myers to 50 years in prison + a $1.9 million fine after being found guilty on 15 charges for trafficking cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine following his 2023 arrest during a NETFORCE operation. ABC7
- ➤ A Fort Myers man, Ryeshene DeVonta Bronson, was sentenced Tuesday to 20 years in prison and fined $300,000 for trafficking fentanyl and methamphetamine from a vehicle parked at Colonial Boulevard—an investigation that began in 2023 with undercover operations by police and the DEA. ABC7
- ➤ Ryeshene DeVonta Bronson, a 30-year-old charged with trafficking amphetamines and fentanyl in Lee County, was sentenced to 20 years in prison — with a $300,000 fine — after selling drugs from a vehicle in a retail parking lot under surveillance. WINK News

- ➤ Alliance for the Arts and Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre are hosting Fringe Fort Myers 2025 from May 29 to June 1 in Fort Myers, presenting independent shows on two stages that include theatre, improv, magic and music. - ➤ Lee County commissioners approved more than $1.3M to upgrade the intersection of Daniels Parkway and Treeline Avenue by removing a northbound left turn lane and adding new traffic lanes.
