- ➤ Two Texas men were arrested Thursday in North Fort Myers after a gray BMW X2 was clocked at 118 mph in a 70 mph zone on I-75 at mile marker 146—34-year-old Zacharia Schley faces dangerous excessive speeding charges while his passenger Stephen Garay, who had outstanding felony warrants, was also taken into custody under the new law.
